□ Series: SWAT Kats: The Radical Squadron
□ Canon point: After the Dark Turbo Kat explodes.
□ History: (Before starting, I must say most of this is headcanon due to the fact that this character was only in one episode and his past was not gone into in any great detail. The alternate dimension he is from is different than the dimension the original SWAT Kats are from, but it is not a mirror-verse. Only some things are changed and this is my account of how those changes occurred. The only characters to seem significantly changed were Callie Briggs, Razor, and T-Bone. Everyone else seemed to have the same personalities as their other dimension counter-parts. Yet it was obvious the timeline was not the same. It is mentioned in the episode that the SWAT Kats were wanted for every crime in MegaKat city, the only other villain mentioned was Dark Kat, leaving the question; what happened to all the other villains from the good SWAT Kats dimension.)
This Jake Clawson's life wasn't really a hard one. His parents both worked and they got by. His mother was kind and his father caring, both loving him as parents love their children. Both were fairly career orientated and work was important to them.
Jake was always an intelligent boy and his love for technology came at an early age. He excelled in school and was labeled a nerd because of it. He was picked on, due to his intelligence and his short stature. Due to his bullying problem, his parents paid for martial arts lessons, jujitsu being Jake's choice. He learned quickly and raised through the ranks, becoming a First Degree black belt by the age of 17. He was still bullied throughout his training, but once it was known he could defend himself, the bullying focused more on verbal attacks than physical. Due to the teasing, he was able to build up a shield when it came to verbal assaults and learned to ignore them. He would also turned the insults around, calling those he saw as less intelligent; stupid, moron, idiot, and other such names.
At the age of 18, Jake decided to join the Enforcers. He had a good aim but it was not as good as his good counterparts. He became the WSO (Weapons System Operator) and was paired with Chance Furlong, an ace pilot. Chance's flying abilities are great, but he lacks in comparison to his good self, like Jake. Chance's problem is he is a clumsy pilot, taking off and landing are not his strong suits.
Chance and Jake's relationship as partners was not a happy one for either of them. Chance constantly made fun of Jake's aim and Jake, in turn, made fun of Chance's flying skills. On top of that, Chance would poke fun at Jake's statue and nerd status and Jake would insult Chance on his lack of intelligence. The two had very different personalities and it cause the two to constantly clash. Unlike the good SWAT Kat teams who were best friends, these darker incarnations hated each other, but would work together. This was because the two of them knew they needed the other.
One day, Dark Kat attacked Megakat city, aiming to destroy Enforcer H.Q. During the pursuit, the other two pilots following broke off, believing catching Dark Kat was impossible. Chance and Jake continued pursuit, trying to bring him in. As he was targeting Enforcer H.Q. Jake was able to knock out his weapons system with a missile. Before they could fire the finishing shot, Commander Feral, head of the Enforcers, stopped them, saying he would handle Dark Kat himself. Not listening to Chance when he said they already had a lock, Feral winged them, causing them to lost control of their jet. Jake and Chance were forced to eject and the jet crashed into the roof of Enforcer H.Q. Distracted by the explosion, Feral lost Dark Kat and he got away.
Feral blamed Chance and Jake for the destruction of Enforcer H.Q and fired both of them. Despite both of them wanted to leave the Enforcers, Feral told them they could not. He forced them to work the Enforcer Scrap Yard until they paid off the damages to the building. The two were taken to the Scrap Yard where they met their co-workers; Murray and Burke. The two operate a dump truck and unload scrap to the Scrap Yard for Chance and Jake to sort. They two were quite rude and enjoyed making fun of how far Chance and Jake had fallen.
(From here on for a while I will call the evil SWAT Kats just the SWAT Kats, since they were the only pair of them in their dimension.)
Chance and Jake's relationship didn't improve at all because of this. Both blamed the other and Feral for everything. Their hostilities grew and the two thought they would never fly again. Dark Kat, however, had other plans. Impressed with the two ex-enforcer's skills, he decided something must be done. He went to Chance and Jake and offered them a deal. He offered a chance to get revenge against Feral, a chance to rule the city, and the ability to fly again. The two took the offer, their anger and hatred getting the better of them. But this deal came with a price.
Dark Kat began with experiments on the two of them, much like the ones he used to make himself the large purple kat he was. They appearances changed as did their personalities. Their fur become darker, Chance's once brown stripes became black. Their teeth became sharper and more pronounced. Their personalities became darker as the two became more sadistic and dark. Due to the experiments one day Jake and Chance snapped and killed Murray and Burke as they were delivering their daily shipment of scrap. They buried their bodies in one of the scrap heaps. After learning of their murder, Dark Kat knew the experiments were a success.
Once the experiment results were to Dark Kat's liking, they began to build the Turbo Kat and the arsenal of missiles and gadgets the two would use to terrorize Megakat city. When the Turbo Kat was completed and stocked with missiles, and the Gloveatrix was finally finished, they two went out on their first crime under their new names of T-Bone and Razor. Their job was to rob the first bank of Megakat city. They got in perfectly fine and were in the process of loading the money into the jet when Chance tripped an alarm on accident. The two quickly fled and were chased by Enforcers. Due to the technological gap between the Turbo Kat and the Enforcer choppers and jets, the SWAT Kats easily escaped and took down several of the Enforcer air crafts. The job was a complete success.
It was after this successful bank job that Deputy Mayor Briggs contacted Dark Kat with an enticing offer. She wanted to join forces to help him take over Megakat City. She would lead the city as mayor while he truly ran it from the shadows. Liking this deal, Dark Kat accepted and the SWAT Kats became their claws.
(From here on out is actual Canon. All of this happened and was revealed in the episode; The Dark Side of the SWAT Kats; with the exception of my comment on the other villains. The fates of all of the other villains is unknown but can be assumed due to the bounty on the evil SWAT Kats and the fact it is stated they are responsible for every crime in Megakat City in the episode.)
Together the four of them caused havoc within Megakat City. Everyone believed Deputy Mayor Briggs to be good, while the SWAT Kats did Dark Kats' dirty work. For years this continued, earning the SWAT Kats a bounty on their heads for every crime in Megakat city. Due to their success and prowess, they forced other criminals out of the city, while others who became criminals in the good SWAT Kats dimension never became criminals.
(Also from here until the end, I will call the evil SWAT Kats, the Dark SWAT Kats since the good ones entered their dimension at this point.)
All of this came to a head when a bomb Dark Kat had been designing for years was almost complete. It was a bomb that could obliterate Enforcer H.Q and secure their rule of the city. The Dark SWAT Kats were sent out to get it and during that night the good SWAT Kats were transported to their dimension due to a lightning bolt striking their dimensional radar. They landed in the hanger under the Scrap Yard to discover Dark Kat tbere. It was then they began to realize they were not in their dimension anymore since it was Dark Kat that told them about them working together. The good SWAT Kats headed off to Pumadine, Megakat City's largest weapons research facility, to steal the Mega-Detonator Dark Kat needed for his bomb. Later The Dark SWAT Kats returned with money they decided take from a new bank in the city. It was then Dark Kat revealed there was another pair of SWAT Kats in the city. Dark Kat sent the Dark SWAT Kaats to Pumadine to get the detonator before the good SWAT Kats did.
The good SWAT Kats did make it into Pumadine first and bypassed the security without alerting anyone. They were forced to split up due to the size of the Pumadine labs. The Dark SWAT Kats made it to Pumadine soon after and entered as well, but took down any guards they came across. Once inside, Dark Razor punched out a security guard for fun before entering the labs. This would prove unwise as he guard was able to get up and press the security button alerting the Enforcers.
As the Dark SWAT Kats were getting through the laser grid, Dark T-Bone knocked down Dark Razor due to his clumsiness. Dark Razor yelled at him, calling him stupid. The two split up, both telling the other to stay out of their way. Dark T-Bone found Razor as he exited the vault with the Mega-Detonator. As he left, Razor mentioned they needed to leave before Dark Kat told their evil selves about them. Dark T-Bone then told him they already knew and proceeded to punch Razor. It was then Razor realized Dark T-Bone was not his T-Bone and the two began fighting over the Mega Detonator.
Meanwhile Dark Razor ran into the good T-Bone and they began looking for the Mega-Detonator together. That was until Dark Razor insulted T-Bone and earned himself a punch in the face when T-Bone realized he wasn't his partner. The two began to fight and soon the fight between Razor and Dark T-Bone spilled out into the hallway with them. The scuffled over the Mega-Detonator until the Dark SWAT Kats were able to obtain it and used an explosive to launch their good counterparts through a wall. The Enforcers then arrived. The Dark SWAT Kats escaped and left the good ones behind to take the wrap.
The Dark SWAT Kats returned to Dark Kat and helped put together the bomb. While in jail, the SWAT Kats tried to convince Feral they were good, but it wasn't working. Feral left to investigate their claim to see if the Mega-Detonator was really missing. While Feral was away, Callie Briggs went to the SWAT Kats cell, and it was them they realized she was working with Dark Kat. She released the two, thinking they were the Dark SWAT Kats. The two escaped with her help and took off in their jet. They were on their way to stop Dark Kat from building the bomb, but they were attacked by Feral. As they avoided Feral, they told him about Briggs but he didn't believe them. It was then that Feral's niece, Feline Feral, contacted him telling him she was chasing the Dark SWAT Kats. Due to a moment of fate, the Dark SWAT Kats flew over Feral and ahead of the SWAT Kats. It was then Feral and the Enforcers realized there were two set of SWAT Kats. An air fight began and Dark Razor was able to shoot down all the Enforcers, it just took him a few tries. They were about to approach Enforcer H.Q but changed course. Dark T-Bone wanted to take down their good counterparts before destroying the Enforcers.
They did hit the SWAT Kats, but because of their “Speed of Heat” shields, it didn't take them down. Razor decided the best way to stop them was to use his cement gun to gum up their bomb dropping mechanism. Dark Razor fired a missile at the SWAT Kats and T-Bone was told to keep the jet steady. Razor succeeded and gummed up the mechanism and the Turbo Kat was hit by the missile. Because the bomb was stuck, it went off inside the Dark Turbo Kat and the Dark SWAT Kats were gone, whether they blew up or were thrown into another dimension is in question. The SWAT Kats were transported back to their dimension due to the missile hit.
□ Personality: Dark Jake Clawson is like his good self, only with several personality differences. Instead of being supportive and well natured, he is cynical and insulting. He sees people for what they can do for him like they were scrap parts, and see most as less intelligent than him. He saw people like this even before the experiments were done on him but afterward it seemed it was all he could see in people.
The experiments added new and darker traits to Jake. He became more sadistic and angry. He often is alone and quiet. He doesn't enjoy socialization anymore and thinks of most people as far too beneath him to justify any sort of casual interaction. He has become quick to anger and will lash out at people, though his lashing are often more of the verbal variety than physical. He can be prompted into physical violence and he never plays fair. He often resorts to weapons and other means of attacks or will rely on his jujitsu training to use his opponent's strength against them.
As Dark Razor, he is much more loud. He feels empowered by his mask, helmet, and weapons. He openly enjoys the pain of others as well as their misery. He is talkative and condescending. He almost seems like a completely different person which is how he kept his secret identity a secret for so long. He himself enjoys the feeling of this split in his own personality and embraces it.
Overall Dark Jake is the tarnished image of his good self. He is tyrannical, intelligent, sadistic and over all evil. He has embraced his darkness possibly more than Chance has and enjoys it. There is still some of his old self buried somewhere deep inside him but to find it, let alone draw it out will be no easy feat. He has turned to the dark-side and hasn't looked back in years.
□ Age: 23

Besides that he is almost the exact same as his good counter part. He has a more slender build with lean muscles. He's more built for speed than power. He is also more on the short side, standing just a bit above five feet tall.
□ Abilities/Powers: Jake is an engineering genius. He can take scrap metal and make a wide variety of tools and weapons. Most of his inventions tend to be lethal and he enjoys testing them out on people. He is also good at creating strategies and plans. So I'm curious. I've seen a lot of humans around here. And not many other non-humans. But I'm curious, is anyone here actually trying cross species fun? Cause I'm pretty curious to know if people are and how much fun their having. What is it like for you humans to have sex with non-humans and vice versa? I figure since sex and all that is out in the open, why don't we talk about it?
So, what's it like and does anyone want to give it a go with someone who's completely covered in fur? I promise I won't bite. Hard.
